Swimmers are asked to meet at Cascades on Saturday at 4.15 pm for a 4.30 warm-up. It is several years since we last swam against Lisburn who, since returning to PTL competition have moved steadily up each league. The usual catering request applies i.e. girls to bring sandwiches and boys traybakes. Due to this gala there is NO swimming on Saturday morning.
